The invention belongs to the technical field of expressway construction, and discloses an expressway asphalt construction tool which comprises an asphalt paving machine body. The feeding hopper is fixedly mounted at the top of the asphalt paving machine body; and the flattening assembly is movably installed in the inner cavity of the feeding hopper and comprises a flattening plate, and the flattening plate is movably installed on the inner wall of the front end of the feeding hopper. According to the technical scheme, by arranging the flattening plate, the locking gear and the lead screw, the adjusting screw rod can be rotated firstly to pull the whole locking toothed plate to move, so that the locking toothed plate is separated from the locking gear to relieve the fixing effect on the locking toothed plate, the rotating rod and the whole flattening plate, and at the moment, the rotating rod can be rotated to drive the flattening plate to rotate by 90 degrees; and a locking toothed plate is attached to a locking gear to clamp and fix the whole, and finally, a driving motor set can be started to enable a lead screw to rotate to drive a supporting sliding block, a rotating rod and a flattening plate to integrally move downwards, so that asphalt in the feeding hopper is uniformly compacted.
