The invention discloses a single-section four-point supporting sliding construction method for a main bridge steel structure under a full-length track. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, all main bridge steel structure sections are prefabricated; secondly, a temporary supporting system is built on a construction site; thirdly, transverse limiting devices are arranged on the two sides of the sliding rail; and fourthly, construction of the single-span main bridge steel structure is completed on the temporary supporting system through a single-section assembling-four-supporting sliding scheme. Therefore, a novel bridge construction scheme is provided, the main bridge steel structure construction which cannot adopt a land transportation support method and pursues construction economy is achieved, and it can be guaranteed that all the sections can smoothly slide in place.
本发明公开了一种通长轨道下主桥钢结构单节段四点支承滑移施工方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一、预制各主桥钢结构节段;步骤二、在施工现场搭建临时支承体系;步骤三、在滑移轨道两侧布置横向限位装置;步骤四、在临时支承体系上采用单节段拼装‑四支承滑移方案完成单跨主桥钢结构的施工。因此,本发明提供一种桥梁施工新方案,解决不能采用陆运支架法又追求施工经济性的主桥钢结构施工,并能够保证各节段能够顺畅地滑移到位。
