The invention discloses a hoisting method of an integral type anti-collision wall side box girder, which comprises the following steps of: S10, simulating a balance hoisting point which is overlapped with a vertical vertical line on which the gravity center is positioned according to the gravity center, finding out a symmetric point of one side of the side box girder, which is provided with an anti-collision wall, relative to one side without the anti-collision wall; simulating a connecting line between the symmetric point and the edge vertex of one side with the anti-collision wall, and extending the connecting line until the connecting line intersects with a vertical perpendicular line where the gravity center is located, wherein the intersection point is a balance lifting point; s20, a connecting rope is manufactured, and the length of the connecting rope is the sum of the connecting rope starting from the balance lifting point to the top point of the edge of the side without the anti-collision wall and the bottom of the surrounding edge box girder and returning to the balance lifting point from the top point of the edge of the side with the anti-collision wall; and S30, positioning parts are arranged at the edge points of the bottoms of the side box girders and the edge vertexes of the sides with the anti-collision walls, connecting ropes are wound around the peripheral sides of the bottoms of the side box girders through the positioning parts, and the two ends of the connecting ropes are connected to the balance lifting points. A series of safety problems caused by unequal tension distribution and gravity center deviation when irregular side box girders are hoisted are solved.
