Rubbish cleaning method for sweeping vehicle at non-easy-to-clean position
The invention discloses a garbage cleaning method for a sweeper in a non-easy-to-clean position, which comprises the following steps: acquiring an image in front of the sweeper in real time, judging whether the image is an easy-to-clean position or not, if the image is the non-easy-to-clean position, stopping the sweeper, calculating the initial blowing direction and the blowing force, and sending the initial blowing direction and the blowing force to a main controller; based on the environment of the non-easy-to-clean position and the real-time environment weather, whether dust falling is needed or not is judged; according to the initial blowing direction, the position of a blowing mechanism is adjusted, and the blowing mechanism and a spraying mechanism are controlled to work; the state, the position and the surrounding environment of the garbage are detected in real time, and the air blowing direction, the air blowing strength and the dust falling requirement are adjusted in real time according to the detection situation till the garbage is blown to the position easy to clean; and the sweeping vehicle moves to the easy-to-clean position to sweep the garbage. The sweeping vehicle can be prevented from entering an area which is not suitable for sweeping or encountering obstacles, garbage is blown to the area where the sweeping vehicle can enter conveniently through the air blowing mechanism, and the sweeping vehicle can conduct cleaning work more efficiently.
本发明公开一种非易清洁位置下的清扫车用垃圾清洁方法,包括:实时采集清扫车前方的影像,判断其是否为易清洁位置,若为非易清洁位置,清扫车停止前进,计算初始吹风方向和吹风力度,并发送给主控制器;基于非易清洁位置的环境和实时环境天气,判断是否需要降尘;根据初始吹风方向,调整吹风机构的位置,且控制吹风机构和喷淋机构工作;实时检测垃圾的状态、位置及周围环境,且根据检测情况实时调整吹风方向、吹风力度及降尘需求,直至垃圾被吹至易清洁位置;清扫车运动至易清洁位置,对垃圾进行清扫。本发明能够避免清扫车进入不适合清扫的区域或遇到障碍物,利用吹风机构将垃圾吹到便于清扫车进入的区域,使清扫车更高效地进行清理工作。
