The construction method of the special-shaped wood beam roof structure comprises the following steps that a plurality of structural units are assembled respectively, and each structural unit is formed by assembling at least two wood beams; the end of the inner side of each structural unit is connected to the center connecting component to be assembled to form the roof structure, and every two adjacent structural units in the circumferential direction of the center connecting component are fixedly connected together; in a top view, the roof structure is in a structural form which is centrosymmetric around the central connecting component; and selecting the central connecting part and at least one structural connecting point in each structural unit as a hoisting point, hoisting the roof structure to the upper part of the upright post combination by utilizing hoisting equipment, and fixing each structural unit at the top end of the corresponding upright post in the upright post combination. According to the construction method, assembly is completed on the ground, the assembly difficulty can be greatly reduced, workers can more accurately complete assembly of all the structural units during assembly, and accumulative errors in the assembly process are reduced.
