The marble slab dry-hanging anti-falling structure comprises a plurality of marble slabs and a plurality of pre-assembling devices, and each pre-assembling device is composed of a keel structure subjected to a hot-dip galvanizing treatment process and two opposite pre-embedded steel belts; the keel structure is formed by interweaving a plurality of vertical keels and a plurality of transverse keels, the radial section of the keel structure is in a net shape, a stainless steel connecting piece is connected between each vertical keel and the transverse keels, and the two ends of the vertical keels are connected with the embedded steel belts correspondingly. Reinforcing pieces used for being matched with the stainless steel connecting pieces to improve the connecting strength between the transverse keels and the vertical keels are arranged between the vertical keels and the transverse keels. The problems that in the prior art, the connecting strength between a transverse keel and a vertical keel is too low, the keel structure needs to be machined and prepared on site, consequently, the connecting position of the keel structure is prone to breakage and separation, and rust prevention of the surface of the keel structure fails after the keel structure is machined and prepared on site are solved.
本发明公开了一种大理石板干挂防脱落结构及其施工工艺,包括若干大理石板和若干预组装装置,预组装装置由经热浸锌处理工艺的龙骨结构和两个相对的预埋钢带构成,龙骨结构由若干竖龙骨和若干横龙骨相互交织构成且龙骨结构径向截面呈网状设置,每个竖龙骨均与若干横龙骨之间连接有不锈钢连接件,竖龙骨两端分别与预埋钢带连接设置,竖龙骨与横龙骨之间设置有用于与不锈钢连接件配合以提高横龙骨与竖龙骨之间连接强度的加强件。本发明解决了现有技术中横龙骨与竖龙骨之间连接强度过低、龙骨结构需要现场加工制备导致龙骨结构连接处容易出现断裂分离等现象以及龙骨结构现场加工制备后导致龙骨结构表面防锈失效的问题。
