Anti-crack laminated slab and construction method thereof
The invention relates to an anti-crack laminated slab and a construction method thereof. The anti-crack laminated slab comprises a prefabricated slab, a cast-in-place slab and web member steel bars. The cast-in-place slab is arranged on the prefabricated slab; one end of the web member steel bar is connected with the prefabricated slab, and the other end of the web member steel bar is connected with the cast-in-place slab; the prestressed tendons are embedded in the precast slab and are used for extruding concrete in the precast slab; the prestressed tendon comprises a spiral section and straight sections, the straight sections are arranged on the two sides of the spiral section, and the straight sections and the spiral section are integrally formed; the spiral section is embedded in the prefabricated slab, and gaps for concrete to penetrate through are formed between coils of the spiral section; the straight section is used for being connected with a tensioning device so as to stretch the spiral section. In the application, the prestressed tendons are shrunk to compress concrete in the precast slab, so that the generation of cracks of the precast slab is reduced; therefore, the anti-cracking performance of the laminated slab in the production, transportation and hoisting processes is improved, the on-site acceptance qualification rate of the laminated slab is improved, and the project progress is guaranteed.
