The handrail assembly is detachably connected with the sliding block. The lifting mechanism is connected with the sliding block and used for lifting the sliding block, the lifting mechanism comprises a locking mechanism, and the locking mechanism is used for locking and unlocking when the sliding block slides downwards; the hoop assembly is detachably installed on the telescopic sliding rail and used for being hooped on a frame stand column of a building. The control unit is electrically connected with the lifting mechanism and used for controlling starting and stopping of the lifting mechanism. The problems that in the prior art, when a peripheral wall of a building is built, the edge protection fence is large in mounting and dismounting difficulty and poor in flexibility and universality are effectively solved.
