The invention relates to the technical field of hydraulic systems, and particularly discloses an adjustable pressure valve and an excavator hydraulic oil return system.The adjustable pressure valve comprises a valve body, a valve set and an adjusting assembly, and a branch liquid inlet hole and a liquid outlet hole which is opposite to and communicated with the peripheral wall of the branch liquid inlet hole are formed in the valve body; the valve group comprises a first valve core and an elastic piece, the first valve core is in sliding fit with the branch liquid inlet hole, so that the first valve core has a first position for closing one end of the branch liquid inlet hole and the liquid outlet hole and a second position for communicating the end of the branch liquid inlet hole and the liquid outlet hole, and the elastic piece drives the first valve core to have a movement trend from the second position to the first position; the adjusting assembly is arranged at the other end of the branch liquid inlet hole, the elastic piece abuts against the first valve element and the adjusting assembly, and the adjusting assembly adjusts the distance between the first valve element and the adjusting assembly when the first valve element is located at the first position. According to the adjustable pressure valve, the opening pressure of the valve can be adjusted. Therefore, the energy loss in the system is reduced.
