The invention relates to the technical field of water conservancy and hydropower engineering grouting construction safety monitoring, in particular to an underwater grouting lifting wireless monitoring device and a lifting control method.The device comprises a fixing rod and a measuring rod, the fixing rod is fixedly installed in an underwater rock-soil body, and the measuring rod is fixedly installed in underwater cover weight concrete; the device further comprises a monitoring assembly sleeved with a sealing box, and the sealing box is installed on the fixing rod. The monitoring assembly comprises a displacement sensor and a flat pressing sliding rod, the displacement sensor is installed in the sealing box, the flat pressing sliding rod is in sliding connection with the sealing box and extends out of the sealing box, one end of the flat pressing sliding rod abuts against the measuring rod, and the other end of the flat pressing sliding rod abuts against a measuring needle of the displacement sensor; the device further comprises a transmitter and a monitor, the monitor is arranged on the mobile monitoring ship or on the shore, and the transmitter is installed in the sealing box. The transmitter can transmit lifting signals collected by the displacement sensor to the monitor. The device can continuously monitor the deformation value of the cover weight concrete underwater in real time.
