The invention provides an all-solid-waste roadbed cushion material and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that coal-fired furnace slag is crushed and screened and then divided into first furnace slag, second furnace slag and third furnace slag according to different particle size ranges, then weighed ardealite, steel slag powder and lead-zinc tailing powder are mixed according to preset weight parts and then subjected to wet grinding, and mixed slurry is obtained; and weighing the required quick lime, the first slag, the second slag and the third slag according to preset parts by weight, pre-stirring, adding a water reducing agent, the mixed slurry and water, and fully stirring to obtain the all-solid-waste roadbed cushion material. Through the mode, the synergistic effect of the raw materials can be effectively utilized, and heavy metal ions are effectively cured while formation of hydration products is promoted, so that solid waste materials which are low in price and difficult to treat are prepared into the all-solid-waste roadbed cushion material which is good in mechanical property and high in stability, and the all-solid-waste roadbed cushion material has relatively high economic benefits and environmental benefits.
