The invention relates to the technical field of bridge engineering, and discloses a truss girder node structure which comprises a chord member and at least one web member, a side plate of the chord member and a side plate of the web member are integrally formed, a first arc transition side plate integrally formed with the chord member and the web member is arranged at the adjacent position of the chord member and the web member, and a top plate of the chord member and a top plate of the web member are fixedly connected. The inner sides of a top plate, a side plate and a bottom plate of the chord member are fixedly connected with first perforated steel plates extending in the length direction of the chord member, the inner sides of a top plate and a side plate of the web member are fixedly connected with second perforated steel plates extending in the length direction of the web member, and the chord member and the web member are filled with concrete. In addition, the invention further discloses a manufacturing method of the truss girder joint structure. The defects that an existing truss girder node is dense in welding seam, high in welding seam residual stress, low in node rigidity, low in node bearing capacity, low in fatigue strength and the like are overcome.
