According to the method, the soil strength can be effectively enhanced and water and soil loss can be reduced through the anti-corrosion type pine wood, the oyster shells, the plant root control tree surrounding plate and the mangrove plant group, and the anti-corrosion type pine wood and the oyster shells can greatly reduce scouring of water flow to the bank in the early growth stage of the mangrove plant group and reduce water and soil loss.
