The dam comprises a dam body and a dam slope anti-seepage body, the surface layer of the dam body is a cushion material, the dam slope anti-seepage body comprises a steel panel and a rolling plate, the steel panel and the rolling plate are sequentially arranged along the dam body from top to bottom, and the lower end of the steel panel is fixedly connected with the rolling plate; a combined structure is arranged on the dam foundation at the lower end of the rolling plate, and the lower end of the rolling plate is fixedly connected with a steel edge plate of the combined structure. The dam slope anti-seepage structure has the advantages that the structural design is reasonable, the steel panel serves as a dam slope anti-seepage body, and the anti-seepage performance is good; the steel panel is good in deformation adaptability and high in damage limit, the tensile property is far higher than that of a concrete panel, and cracks are basically avoided; a combined structure is arranged at the contact position of the steel panel and a bank slope or a riverbed, damage to a dam accessory structure caused by deformation of the steel panel and disengagement between the steel panel and a dam body cushion layer are effectively prevented, and the anti-seepage performance of the dam is guaranteed.
