The hydraulic jump occurrence area can be effectively controlled in a jet flow mode, so that the cavitation and cavitation erosion risk of water flow in the stilling pool is reduced, stable energy dissipation is achieved, and the problems of periodic maintenance and reconstruction are solved; the jet flow amount and the jet flow angle can be effectively adjusted through the simple jet flow adjusting assembly, and the jet flow adjusting assembly can correspond to the hydraulic jump conditions of the open channel under various operation working conditions through a method with high adaptability.
