The invention discloses an ecological environment-friendly simulation grass belt slope protection method for protecting slope vegetation growth. The ecological environment-friendly simulation grass belt slope protection method comprises the following steps that 1, crushed vegetation materials are collected; step 2, preparing fiber powder; step 3, uniformly mixing the dried fiber powder, polylactic acid powder, a mixed additive and a lubricant to obtain a mixed material; step 4, granulating the mixed material to obtain biological plasmids; and 5, performing injection molding on the biological plasmids, and demolding to obtain the ecological environment-friendly simulation grass. The ecological environment-friendly simulation grass is divided into slow-release type ecological environment-friendly simulation grass and quick-release type ecological environment-friendly simulation grass; 6, ecological environment-friendly simulation grass is cut according to different modes for different slope protection areas, and a set of ecological environment-friendly simulation grass belts is formed; and 7, the step 6 is repeated, multiple sets of ecological environment-friendly simulation grass belts are laid, and the number of the sets is determined according to the actual slope protection requirement till the whole slope is covered with the ecological environment-friendly simulation grass belts.
