The invention relates to a method for protecting an existing pipeline during underneath crossing of a shield, which comprises the following steps of: erecting a portal above the pipeline, suspending the pipeline through a steel strand, and pre-tightening the steel strand by adopting a jack; monitoring the strain of the strain gauge at the bottom of the pipeline at the intersection position of the shield tunnel and the plane projection of the pipeline and obtaining a strain change accumulated value epsilon t, and when the strain change accumulated value epsilon t is larger than 0.5 time [delta epsilon t], eliminating the strain change accumulated value epsilon t through step-by-step tensioning of a jack, and controlling the strain change accumulated value epsilon t to be within 0.5 time [delta epsilon t] all the time; [delta epsilon t] is the maximum allowable tensile strain increment [delta epsilon t] of the bottom of the pipeline at the intersection position of the shield tunnel and the plane projection of the pipeline; the shield tunneling machine drives away from the pipeline after tunneling the underneath pass pipeline, and strain observation is stopped when the strain change accumulated value within 3 days is smaller than 0.05 times [delta epsilon t]; and grouting the cement paste in the longitudinal axis direction of the pipeline, and recovering the ground after 7-10 days. The purpose of ensuring the safety of the pipeline in the shield construction process can be achieved.
本发明涉及一种盾构下穿时既有管道的保护方法,包括:将门架架设在管道上方后通过钢绞线悬吊管道,并采用千斤顶对钢绞线预紧;监测在盾构隧道与管道平面投影相交位置处的管道底部的应变片的应变并得到应变变化累计值εt,当大于0.5倍[Δεt]时,通过千斤顶逐级张拉对其进行消除,始终将其控制0.5倍[Δεt]内,[Δεt]为盾构隧道与管道平面投影相交位置处管道的底部容许最大拉应变增量[Δεt];盾构机掘进下穿管道后驶离管道,3天内的应变变化累计值小于0.05倍[Δεt]时停止应变观测;用水泥浆在管道纵轴线方向上注浆,7~10天后恢复地面。本发明能够保证盾构施工过程中管道的安全的目的。
