本发明提供了一种龙头出水接头安装结构及出水装置，包括位于龙头出水端处的水嘴和连接头,连接头同轴安装于水嘴内部，用于连接出水管，连接头可以内置起泡器或筛网，在拆换或对起泡器操作时不会直接接触出水管，不易导致出水管松动；连接头通过限位环上的第一弹片组与连接头上的第一凹槽组相扣夹持，稳定牢固的安装固定在水嘴内部，在轴向上和径向上相对于水嘴得以稳定固定，安装方式简便快捷，整个结构成本较低。
