Wherein the blind ditch unit is fixedly arranged above a hard foundation of an original valley river channel, the pipe culvert unit is fixedly arranged above the blind ditch unit, and the blind ditch unit and the pipe culvert unit are separated through a rubble inverted filter layer and anti-seepage geotechnical cloth; in the non-rainy season period, the blind ditch unit arranged underground meets drainage of surface water, underground water, fissure water, moderate rain and rainfall below the ground water and the underground water near a roadbed fill, and under the condition that the blind ditch cannot effectively and rapidly drain water in the rainstorm period, the pipe culvert unit arranged above the blind ditch unit assists in drainage; a drainage system comprising an underground blind ditch unit and an overground pipe culvert unit is built in an original valley river channel, the flow direction of surface water flow is effectively controlled by applying the geological landform of the original valley, the problems that water flow is changed or accelerated, and the drainage capacity of a new valley is reduced are solved, and impact and erosion of the water flow to a roadbed and surrounding areas are reduced.
