The invention discloses a self-adjusting ternary energy consumption viscous damper which comprises an upper connecting transmission box, a viscous damping liquid sealing box, a transmission rod, a rotating shaft, a composite blade and a pin shaft. Translational motion of the upper connecting transmission case is converted into rotation of the composite blades, the composite blades rotate to cut viscous damping liquid to consume energy, unary energy consumption is achieved, sliding plates on the composite blades slide in T-shaped sliding grooves in a reciprocating mode under the combined action of rotating centrifugal force and springs, the sliding plates slide in a reciprocating mode to cut the viscous damping liquid to achieve binary energy consumption, and the energy consumption is achieved. Meanwhile, a variable inerter mechanism is formed through the change of the rotating radius of the sliding plate, ternary energy consumption is achieved, in addition, small holes in different positions can be shielded through sliding of the sliding plate, damping liquid is forced to flow through the small holes in different positions at different speeds, and therefore the damping force and the speed change trend are opposite, and the damping force self-adjusting function is achieved.
本发明公开一种自调节三元耗能粘滞阻尼器,包括上连接传动箱、粘滞阻尼液密封箱、传动杆、旋转轴、复合叶片、销轴;本发明将上连接传动箱的平动转化为复合叶片的转动,复合叶片的转动切割粘滞阻尼液消耗能量,实现一元耗能,复合叶片上的滑动板在转动离心力与弹簧共同作用下在T型滑槽内往复滑动,滑动板往复滑动切割粘滞阻尼液实现二元耗能,同时滑动板转动半径的变化形成可变惯容机制,实现三元耗能,另外滑动板的滑动可以遮挡不同位置的小孔,迫使阻尼液以不同速度流经不同位置的小孔,从而使阻尼力与速度的变化趋势相反,起到阻尼力的自调节功能。
