The telescopic component is inserted into the truss unit; the joint part reinforcing part is sleeved and hooped on the truss unit, and the length of the telescopic part is adjusted and fixed according to the length requirement; according to stress and the positions of the vertical rods, the combined parts are sequentially arranged in a sleeving mode, and it is guaranteed that vertical rod fixing parts are arranged at the corresponding positions of the vertical rods in a sleeving mode; the telescopic component is fixed in the rod piece at the end part of the other side; a restraining part is mounted outside each sleeving site; and dismantling according to an opposite sequence after the construction is completed.
