Additive manufacturing method of casting mold
A method of making a photopolymerizable slurry comprises the steps of: providing a plurality of inorganic salt particles in powder form; wherein the melting point of the inorganic salt is higher than 250 DEG C under atmospheric pressure; and wherein the inorganic salt has a solubility in water higher than 9% w/w at room temperature; providing at least one radiation curable monomer; the at least one radiation curable monomer is in a liquid phase; adding the inorganic salt particles into the liquid composition, and mixing the inorganic salt particles with the liquid composition; obtaining a photopolymerizable slurry, and selectively curing the photopolymerizable slurry to obtain a green body product; degreasing the green body product to obtain a binder-free body product; and sintering the binder-free green body article to obtain a sintered ceramic article; providing a first template mould (1); wherein the first template mold comprises a sintered ceramic article; providing a second mould (2, 2 ', 2' '); wherein the second mold comprises a compartment in which the first template mold can be placed; mounting the first template mould in the compartment of the second mould, thereby obtaining a handling mould (1, 2, 2 ', 2' '); casting a fluid casting material (3, 3 ', 3' ') into the operating mould to obtain an impregnated template mould (8) after curing of the casting material, the impregnated template mould (8) comprising a solid article (9) located at least partially within the first template mould (1); and separating the solid article from the first template mold by dissolving the sintered ceramic article of the first template mold with a suitable solvent, such as water.
