The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple and convenient, rich in raw materials, low in price, suitable for large-scale production and application and wide in market prospect, and the prepared temperature-control phase-change aggregate selects superfine cement or epoxy resin as an aggregate shell, so that paraffin in the aggregate can stably exist when the temperature is increased; therefore, the temperature rise of hydration heat of the mass concrete is effectively controlled, the temperature stress of the mass concrete is reduced, the occurrence of temperature cracks is reduced, and the stability of a concrete structure is improved.
