Method for preparing unfired ardealite building material through pressure-ultrasonic-microwave treatment
The invention relates to a method for preparing an unfired ardealite building material through pressure-ultrasonic-microwave treatment, which comprises the following steps: 1) sequentially adding ardealite, calcium sulfate supersaturated liquid, rubber powder, calcium stearate, liquid paraffin, aluminate, succinic acid and graphene oxide into a high-speed mixer, and uniformly mixing to obtain modified ardealite; 2) performing ultrasonic treatment and pressing treatment on the modified ardealite at the same time to obtain a modified ardealite block; 3) performing microwave treatment on the modified ardealite block to obtain the unfired ardealite building material. The waste utilization rate is high, carbon emission is low, the proportion of ardealite in the final unfired ardealite product can reach 90% or above, compared with a traditional unfired brick needing autoclaved curing treatment, the mode of normal-temperature forming and low-temperature treatment is adopted, carbon emission generated in the product preparation process is low, and the method is suitable for industrial production. The unfired ardealite building material prepared by adopting the method disclosed by the invention has good economic benefits.
本发明涉及一种压力‑超声‑微波处理制备免烧磷石膏建材的方法,包括以下步骤:1)将磷石膏与硫酸钙过饱和液、橡胶粉、硬脂酸钙、液体石蜡、铝酸酯、丁二酸、氧化石墨烯依次加入高速混合机中,混合均匀得到改性磷石膏;2)对改性磷石膏同时进行超声和压制处理,得到改性磷石膏块;3)将改性磷石膏块进行微波处理,得到免烧磷石膏建材。本发明利废率高、碳排放低,本发明最终的免烧磷石膏产品中磷石膏占比可达90%以上,且相较于传统的免烧砖需要经过蒸压养护的处理,本发明采用常温成型,低温处理的方式,产品制备过程中产生的碳排放较低,采用本发明方法制备免烧磷石膏建材具有良好的经济效益。
