Preparation method of silicon dioxide aerogel-refractory fiber composite material
The invention discloses a preparation method of a silicon dioxide aerogel-refractory fiber composite material, which comprises the following steps: (1) mixing water glass and deionized water to form a solution A, mixing methyltrimethoxysilane and deionized water to form a solution B, adding nitric acid, and standing; (2) uniformly mixing the solution A and the solution B to form a solution C, immersing the high-silica fiber felt into the solution C, and adding ammonia water for sealing and aging; (3) transferring the sample into supercritical equipment, adding ethanol as a drying medium, introducing nitrogen, and slowly heating to corresponding temperature and pressure for drying; and (4) opening a valve to release the fluid and introducing nitrogen to finally prepare the silicon dioxide aerogel-refractory fiber composite material. Technical support is provided for preparation of the bridge fire-resistant material, and stability and high efficiency are achieved.
本发明公开了一种二氧化硅气凝胶‑耐火纤维复合材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将水玻璃和去离子水混合形成溶液A,将甲基三甲氧基硅烷和去离子水混合形成溶液B,加入硝酸后静置;(2)后将溶液A与溶液B混合均匀形成溶液C,将高硅氧纤维毡浸入到溶液C中,加入氨水进行密封陈化;(3)将样品移入超临界设备中,加入乙醇作为干燥介质并通氮气,缓慢升温至相应温度及压力进行干燥;(4)后开阀门释放流体并通氮气,最终制备出二氧化硅气凝胶‑耐火纤维复合材料。本发明为桥梁抗火材料的制备提供技术支撑,稳定高效。
