The invention provides a densified carbon-carbon composite material and a densification method thereof.The densification method comprises the steps that a carbon material preform is placed in a mold, resin and a curing agent are injected into the mold, and after curing and carbonization treatment, the densified carbon-carbon composite material is obtained; the resin comprises any one or a combination of at least two of phenolic resin, furan resin, epoxy resin, polyimide resin, acetylene resin, phthalonitrile resin, cyanate ester resin or benzoxazine resin; the tail end of a molecular chain of the resin contains an active group; the active group comprises at least one of an aldehyde group, a hydroxyl group, an epoxy group, an alkynyl group, a nitrile group or an amino group; the injection pressure ranges from 50 bar to 220 bar. According to the densification method, the effect of greatly densifying in a short time can be achieved, the densification uniformity can be guaranteed, the problems that multiple times of deposition is needed in a chemical vapor phase method and multiple times of impregnation is needed in a liquid phase impregnation method are solved, and the production cost is reduced.
本发明提供了一种增密碳碳复合材料及其增密方法,所述增密方法包括:将碳材料预制体置于模具中,向其中注射树脂和固化剂,经固化和碳化处理后,得到增密后的碳碳复合材料;所述树脂包括酚醛树脂、呋喃树脂、环氧树脂、聚酰亚胺树脂、乙炔树脂、邻苯二甲腈树脂、氰酸酯树脂或苯并噁嗪树脂中的任意一种或至少两种的组合;所述树脂的分子链末端含有活性基团;所述活性基团包括醛基、羟基、环氧基、炔基、腈基或氨基中的至少一种;所述注射的压力为50~220 bar。本发明中,所述增密方法能够实现在较短时间内大幅增密的效果,且能保证增密的均匀性,避免化学气相法需多次沉积,液相浸渍法需多次浸渍的问题,降低了生产成本。
