The invention provides a liquid soil stabilizer as well as a preparation method and a use method thereof, the liquid soil stabilizer comprises a component A and a component B. The component A comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 30-45% of lignosulfonate; 10-20% of a protein component; 0.5%-1% of gluconate; 0.1 to 0.5 percent of starch; 0.2%-0.8% of a first organic solvent; 40 to 50 percent of water; the latter comprises 55-70% of saccharides; 10-20% of a protein component; 1-2% of lignosulfonate; 0.2%-0.8% of a polyoxyethylene ether derivative; 3-4.5% of an inorganic salt; 0.5%-1.5% of a second organic solvent; and 15-30% of water. Through use of two components and selection of raw materials and contents of the components, ion exchange and chelation with soil particles are enhanced, bound water in soil is fully discharged, the compaction degree and strength of the soil are improved, the soil bearing capacity is enhanced, the road performance is improved, and the cost is reduced.
