The track plate is used for supporting the steel rail; the fastener is used for fixing the steel rail on the track plate; the adjusting mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the track plate and used for driving the track plate to move; and the control module is used for receiving the rail inspection data collected and output by the rail inspection vehicle, analyzing and processing the rail inspection data and further controlling the working state of the adjusting mechanism according to an analysis and processing result.
