The invention discloses a temporary anchoring component and a tied-arch bridge suspender replacement method adopting the temporary anchoring component, and belongs to the technical field of bridge engineering. The temporary anchoring component sequentially comprises a baffle, a lifting belt, a U-shaped connector, a temporary sling, an inserting lug and an anchoring assembly from top to bottom, the lifting belt bypasses a transverse pin in the U-shaped connector to be connected with the U-shaped connector, a steel cable at the upper end of the temporary sling is connected with a conical cylinder connecting piece in the U-shaped connector, and a steel cable at the lower end of the temporary sling is fixedly connected with the inserting lug. The insertion lug is connected with an upper lifting lug in the anchoring assembly through a transverse pin. After the device is completed, tensioning and loading are conducted on the temporary sling step by step until an original suspender is in an unstressed state, then unloading is conducted, after a new suspender is installed, the new suspender is tensioned step by step to the designed sling force, and equivalent conversion between the sling force of the temporary sling and the sling force of the new suspender is achieved. The construction method is suitable for various forms of arch ribs and steel girders, only part of bridge deck slabs and transverse partition plates need to be perforated during construction, and the construction method is universally applicable to replacement of suspenders of tied-arch bridges.
本发明之临时锚固构件及采用临时锚固构件的系杆拱桥吊杆更换法属于桥梁工程技术领域。临时锚固构件自上而下依次是挡板、吊装带、U形连接器、临时吊索、插耳和锚固组件,吊装带绕过U形连接器中的横销实现与U形连接器的连接,临时吊索上端钢索与U形连接器中锥筒连接件连接,其下端钢索与插耳固接,插耳与锚固组件中上吊耳通过横销连接。装置完成后逐级对临时吊索进行张拉加载,直至原吊杆处于无应力状态后卸载,安装新吊杆后逐级张拉新吊杆至设计索力,实现临时吊索的索力和新吊杆索力间的等效转换。本发明适用于多种形式拱肋和钢主梁,施工时仅需对部分桥面板及横隔板进行开孔,施工方法对系杆拱桥的吊杆更换普遍适用。
