The invention relates to a design and construction method of a concrete-filled steel tube mixing composite pile foundation for offshore wind power, which comprises the following steps of: selecting a support body matched with offshore wind power equipment according to the load requirement of the offshore wind power equipment and the depth of seawater, and adopting one of a bearing platform or a multi-foot stand; according to the condition that a bearing platform is adopted as a supporting body, a plurality of concrete-filled steel tube mixing composite piles are constructed below the bearing platform, and the concrete-filled steel tube mixing composite piles are obliquely arranged below the bearing platform at a certain angle and form an outward oblique scattering shape; aiming at the condition that a multi-foot stand is adopted as a supporting body, a plurality of concrete-filled steel tube mixing composite piles are constructed below the bearing platform, and the plurality of concrete-filled steel tube mixing composite piles are vertically arranged below the multi-foot stand. The method has the advantages that the structure stress is reasonable, the foundation cost and the construction difficulty are reduced, the corrosion resistance of the foundation is improved, the good anti-fatigue performance is achieved, and the service life of the foundation is prolonged.
