The top plate is mounted on the upper side of the bottom plate, and the top plate and the bottom plate are arranged in parallel; the plurality of fixing columns are supported between the bottom plate and the top plate; the two groups of extension rods are respectively arranged on two opposite side walls of the bottom plate; the supporting legs are arranged on the lower side of the extension rod, and the supporting legs are perpendicular to the extension rod; and the plurality of groups of barbs are respectively arranged on the plurality of supporting legs. According to the equipment foundation pre-burying device, by installing the supporting feet and the barbs, under the matching between the supporting feet and the barbs and soil, the stability performance of the bottom plate is improved, the situation that when concrete is irrigated, flowing concrete drives the bottom plate to move, and consequently the overall position deviation occurs is avoided, and meanwhile the stability of the device during burying is improved.
