The invention discloses a longitudinal reinforcing steel bar connecting structure between variable cross-section PC structural columns and a construction method thereof, and the longitudinal reinforcing steel bar connecting structure comprises a transfer reinforcing steel bar which is one level different from a vertical main reinforcing steel bar of another PC structural column; the variable-diameter sleeve is embedded in the upper end of the PC structural column, the vertical main rib of the PC structural column is inserted into the large head end of the variable-diameter sleeve, and one end of the adapter rib is inserted into the small head end of the variable-diameter sleeve; the grouting sleeve is embedded in the lower end of the other PC structural column, the vertical main rib of the other PC structural column is inserted in the upper end of the grouting sleeve, and the other end of the adapter rib is inserted in the lower end of the grouting sleeve; and the post-pouring concrete is poured between the end faces of the two PC structural columns and wraps the adapter ribs. The problems that according to a traditional variable cross-section PC column steel bar solving method, the steel bar consumption is increased, and resources are wasted are solved.
本发明公开了一种变截面PC结构柱间的纵向钢筋连接结构及其施工方法,包括:转接筋,所述转接筋与所述另一PC结构柱的竖向主筋相差一级;变径套筒,埋设于所述一PC结构柱的上端内,所述一PC结构柱的竖向主筋插设于所述变径套筒的大头端内,所述转接筋的一端插设于所述变径套筒的小头端内;灌浆套筒,埋设于所述另一PC结构柱的下端内,所述另一PC结构柱的竖向主筋插设于所述灌浆套筒的上端内,所述转接筋的另一端插设于所述灌浆套筒的下端内;后浇混凝土,浇筑于所述两PC结构柱的端面之间且包覆于所述转接筋。本发明解决了传统的变截面PC柱钢筋的解决办法存在增加钢筋用量,造成资源浪费的问题。
