An anti-falling bearing plate is arranged below the bottom surface of the post-cast strip body; the construction device further comprises a locking mechanism arranged on the top face of the construction device body, the locking mechanism comprises a locking frame and a driving rotating shaft, and the locking frame is fixedly installed at the center position of the top face of the construction device body. Wherein water blocking mechanisms are arranged at the outer ends of the telescopic water avoiding plates which are symmetrically arranged, each water blocking mechanism comprises an anti-seepage sliding plate and a water blocking overturning plate, and the anti-seepage sliding plates are symmetrically arranged on the top face of the construction device body in a sliding mode. According to the post-cast strip construction device, the construction device body is matched with the telescopic water avoiding plate and the water blocking overturning plate on the left side and the right side to block rainwater, the waterproof effect of the post-cast strip body is improved, and the falling of sundries and broken stones in the post-cast strip body is avoided through the attachment of the liftable anti-falling bearing plate and the post-cast strip body.
