The transformation method comprises the following steps that all components except an enclosure wall body are dismantled; the upper end face of the north wall is repaired to be flat, a supporting wall body is arranged on the inner side of the north wall, and a north wall ring beam protruding out of the upper end face of the north wall is arranged on the supporting wall body; repairing or transforming the gable wall; a front footing ring beam higher than the ground is arranged at the front footing; a roof structure is built and comprises a front roof and a rear roof, the lower end of a framework of the front roof is arranged on a front footing ring beam, the lower end of a framework of the rear roof is arranged on a north wall ring beam, a stand column supporting structure used for supporting is arranged below the roof structure, and the two sides of the roof structure in the east-west direction are connected with gable walls; the upper end face of the north wall is filled with a slope structure, and the slope structure and the rear roof form a flow guide slope. The invention provides an economical and practical thick cob wall sunlight greenhouse transformation method which can give consideration to the safety and stability, heat preservation and heat storage performance and mechanical operation of the greenhouse.
