The rotary drilling bit comprises a switching assembly and a pair of barrel petals, and the barrel petals are hinged to the peripheral side of the switching assembly; the adapter assembly comprises a square adapter, a connecting shaft and a disc seat, and the cylinder petals are connected to the peripheral side of the disc seat through hinge shafts; a flow channel is formed in the cylinder section, and a flow channel port is formed in the upper part of the flow channel; a transverse pipeline is arranged in the disc seat, a pipeline port is arranged at the end part of the transverse pipeline, and the transverse pipeline is communicated with an external heat flow source; and one end of the flexible pipe is connected to the flow channel port, and the other end of the flexible pipe is connected to the pipeline port, so that an external heat flow source can flow to the flow channel in the barrel section through the transverse pipeline and the flexible pipe, the temperature of the inner side wall of the barrel section is increased, and the friction coefficient of a soil body in the rotary excavating drill bit and the inner side wall of the barrel section is changed.
