The invention discloses a relocation construction process for an underground pipeline, and relates to the technical field of pipeline construction. Comprising the following steps: S1, checking pipeline conditions; s2, the site is leveled, and high-pressure jet grouting piles are constructed on the site; s3, steel sheet piles are inserted and driven, and a foundation pit is excavated; s4, an old pipeline is dismantled, and the pipeline meeting the standard is transported to a new pipeline; s5, the first section of pipeline is installed in the foundation pit in place; s6, positioning plates are arranged on the two sides of the first section of pipeline, the positioning plates extend to the position of the second section of steel pipe, and inclined supports are arranged between the positioning plates and the foundation pit; s7, placing the second section of pipeline between the two positioning plates and connecting the second section of pipeline with the first section of pipeline; s8, the second section of pipeline is fixed, and the positioning plate and the inclined support are dismantled; s9, mounting continues according to the steps from S6 to S8; and S10, performing layered backfilling. The positioning plates are arranged on the two sides of the pipeline, so that the two sections of pipelines can be coaxial quickly by placing the pipelines on the positioning plates during pipeline butt joint, the butt joint difficulty is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
