The invention relates to a high-rise building facade fire rescue device, which is characterized in that two guide rails are arranged around the roof of a building, and a movable bracket is used as a bearing main body of the fire rescue device and can slide along the guide rails to reach any position around the building; the fire rescue device comprises a high-pressure water pump, a foam device, a winch and a sling moving device; the winch is provided with two steel wire rope reels and a hose reel, and the three reels form a line to form a composite winch device; the movable support is provided with a sliding rail which is perpendicular to the guide rail and extends out of the building facade. The steel wire rope and the hose are guided by a pulley block on the sling moving device; the lower ends of the steel wire rope and the hose are connected with the fire rescue platform; the sling moving device can slide along the sliding rail so as to adjust the distance between the fire rescue platform and the outer vertical face of the building. The fire rescue platform is fixedly provided with a header and a nozzle which are communicated with the hose, and the fire rescue platform is of an open structure in the direction facing the outer vertical face of the building and used for rescue.
