The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking an early strength agent prepared from a silicon phase and a calcium phase and a urea-based dispersant as an inner-phase oil phase, mixing water and a polycarboxylic acid water reducer as an outer-phase water phase, fully reacting, and performing centrifugal separation to obtain the coagulation-accelerating early strength agent for sprayed concrete, the preparation method specifically comprises the following steps: (1) preparing the ureido hyperdispersant through a free radical copolymerization reaction; and (2) preparing the micro-fluidic chip through etching. And (3) respectively pumping the water phase and the oil phase into the chip, and centrifuging to obtain the coagulation-accelerating early strength agent. According to the invention, a microfluidic technology is adopted, the preparation conditions are mild, the production cost can be reduced, and the production is stable.
本发明公开了一种喷射混凝土用促凝早强剂及其制备方法,将硅相与钙相制备的早强剂与脲基分散剂作为內相油相,水与聚羧酸减水剂混合作为外相水相,充分反应后经离心分离得到喷射混凝土用促凝早强剂;制备方法具体为(1)通过自由基共聚反应制备脲基超分散剂。(2)通过刻蚀制备微流控芯片。(3)将水相与油相分别泵入芯片,经离心后制得促凝早强剂。本发明其采用微流控技术,其制备条件温和,可降低生产成本并稳定生产。
