The invention relates to a fused-cast basalt photovoltaic support material and a preparation method thereof.The fused-cast basalt photovoltaic support material is prepared from, by weight, 80-90 parts of natural basalt, 6-18 parts of inorganic nonmetal fiber and 2-6 parts of auxiliaries, and the preparation method of the fused-cast basalt photovoltaic support material comprises the following steps that smashing is conducted; the crushed basalt is added into an electric melting furnace to be smelted, and the basalt is fully melted to form clarified melt; casting: entering a heat preservation stage, firstly uniformly arranging inorganic nonmetal fibers in a specific mold, and then casting the molten liquid into the mold; cooling: carrying out heat preservation and cooling on the casting to room temperature; and demolding: after the temperature is reduced to the normal temperature, demolding is carried out, and thus the casting basalt photovoltaic support is manufactured. The casting basalt photovoltaic support material obtained through the scheme is high in performance, high in weather resistance and corrosion resistance, high in cost performance and long in service life, and can well meet the use requirements of photovoltaic supports.
本发明涉及一种熔铸玄武岩光伏支架材料及其制备方法,按照重量份数计,包括天然玄武岩80‑90份,无机非金属纤维6‑18份,助剂2‑6份,其制备方法如下:粉碎;熔炼:将粉碎的玄武岩加入到电熔炉中进行熔炼,玄武岩充分熔化形成澄清熔液;浇铸:进入保温阶段,先将无机非金属纤维均匀排布在特定模具中,再将所述熔液浇铸到模具中;冷却:将熔铸件保温冷却,温度降至室温;脱模:经降温冷却降至常温后,进行脱模,从而制成熔铸玄武岩光伏支架。通过本方案得到熔铸玄武岩光伏支架材料性能高,耐候性、耐蚀性强,性价比高,使用寿命长,可以很好地满足光伏支架使用需求。
