The invention belongs to the technical field of textile machinery preparation, and particularly relates to a calcium titanate-based anti-static ceramic yarn guide and a preparation method thereof. The calcium titanate-based anti-static ceramic yarn guide comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 72-95% of calcium titanate and 5-28% of functional aids, and the functional aids comprise titanium nitride and zirconium nitride; the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing and granulating mixed powder of calcium titanate powder, titanium nitride powder and zirconium oxide powder with an organic matrix to obtain an injection granulation material, and performing injection molding to obtain a ceramic yarn guide blank containing the organic matrix; s2, performing thermal degreasing on the ceramic yarn guide green body, and then performing high-temperature reaction in a nitrogen atmosphere to obtain a ceramic yarn guide sintered body; and S3, carrying out hot isostatic pressing treatment on the ceramic yarn guide sintered body. CaTiO3 is taken as a matrix and is combined with the functional aids TiN and ZrN, so that the anti-static ceramic yarn guide with good wear resistance, conductivity and anti-static capability is obtained.
