The invention discloses a preparation method of extrusion-molded zirconia microspheres. The preparation method comprises the following steps: by taking yttrium oxide stabilized zirconia nano powder YSZ as a raw material, adding a certain proportion of mixed glue, and uniformly mixing by using an internal mixer; cylindrical strips of the material are cut into cylindrical particles through an extrusion molding machine; rolling the cylinder into a ball with good sphericity by using a rolling machine; firing is performed after high-temperature furnace glue discharging; and polishing the sintered zirconium balls in the polishing slurry by using grinding equipment, washing the residual polishing solution with water, and drying to obtain the zirconium oxide microspheres. The invention discloses a process for forming the zirconium oxide microbeads by matching an extruder with a rounding machine for the first time, the density of the prepared zirconium oxide microbeads can reach more than 99.2% of theoretical density, the sphericity is good, the crushing strength is high, and the method has the greatest advantages that the forming efficiency is higher than that of a traditional rolling ball forming process, and the size of the zirconium beads is simple and convenient to regulate and control. The zirconium oxide microbeads prepared by the method can be used in the grinding fields of new energy, traditional ink, coatings and the like, and the application prospect is wide.
本发明公开一种挤出成型氧化锆微珠的制备方法。以氧化钇稳定氧化锆纳米粉体YSZ为原料,再加入一定比例的混合胶使用密炼机混合均匀;利用挤出成型机把物料圆柱条,并切成圆柱粒子;然后利用滚圆机将圆柱体滚制成球形度好的圆球;高温炉排胶后进行烧制;烧制的锆球用研磨设备在抛光浆液中抛光后,用水冲洗残留的抛光液再进行干燥得到氧化锆微珠。本发明首次公开了用挤出机配合滚圆机成型氧化锆微珠的工艺,所制备的氧化锆微珠密度可达理论密度99.2%以上,球形度好、压溃强度高,最大的优势是成型效率较传统的滚球成型工艺高,锆球尺寸调控简便。本发明制备的氧化锆微珠可用于新能源、传统墨水、涂料以及其它等研磨领域,应用前景广阔。
