The equipment comprises a vehicle body, a vertical T-shaped arm is arranged on the vehicle body, and a jack for transverse jacking is arranged at the bottom of the T-shaped arm; and the jack is used for ejecting the mortar bag below the prefabricated track plate in the adjustable ballastless track outwards. According to the method, the adjusting capacity and the adjusting operation efficiency of the ballastless track can be improved, and the work amount and cost of maintenance operation of the ballastless track and interference to normal operation of a line are greatly reduced. And independent equipment is used for carrying out centralized construction on procedures such as dismantling, replacing and re-grouting of the mortar bag, so that the operation space is small, and the required labor and time are greatly reduced.
