The invention provides a road for improving the bearing capacity of a soft foundation, which comprises a foundation trench, and a drainage layer, an anti-puncture layer and a pavement layer which are stacked in the foundation trench from bottom to top, the middle of the pavement layer is higher than the two sides, and the top surface of the drainage layer is higher than the top surface of the foundation trench; the drainage ditch is arranged on one side of the drainage layer and is separated from the drainage layer; the drainage layer is formed by paving a plurality of sand filling bags, and the pavement layer comprises large particles and small particles which are sequentially paved on the anti-puncture layer. According to the invention, the problems of long time consumption and high cost of rapid channel construction in the prior art are solved. The invention further provides a construction method of the shallow sea mud flat construction channel.
