The invention discloses a USP low-temperature asphalt pavement construction method in a high-temperature humid area. The method comprises the following steps: 1, obtaining the optimal asphalt-aggregate ratio of a low-temperature asphalt mixture of a lower surface layer; 2, obtaining the optimal asphalt-aggregate ratio of the low-temperature asphalt mixture of the middle surface layer; 3, obtaining the optimal asphalt-aggregate ratio of the upper surface layer low-temperature asphalt mixture; 4, preparing a low-temperature asphalt mixture of the lower surface layer; 5, preparing a middle surface layer low-temperature asphalt mixture; 6, preparing an upper surface layer low-temperature asphalt mixture; and 7, construction of the USP low-temperature asphalt pavement in the high-temperature humid area. The method is simple in step and reasonable in design, preparation of the lower surface layer low-temperature asphalt mixture, the middle surface layer low-temperature asphalt mixture and the upper surface layer low-temperature asphalt mixture and pavement construction are achieved, the asphalt-aggregate ratio is reduced under the condition that the asphalt discharging temperature is reduced, and the pavement construction requirement of the high-temperature humid area is met.
本发明公开了一种高温潮湿区USP低温沥青路面施工方法,包括:一、下面层低温沥青混合料最佳油石比的获取;二、中面层低温沥青混合料最佳油石比的获取;三、上面层低温沥青混合料最佳油石比的获取;四、下面层低温沥青混合料制备;五、中面层低温沥青混合料制备;六、上面层低温沥青混合料制备;七、高温潮湿区USP低温沥青路面施工。本发明方法步骤简单、设计合理,实现下面层低温沥青混合料、中面层低温沥青混合料和上面层低温沥青混合料制备及路面施工,在沥青出料温度降低的情况下也降低了油石比,以适应高温潮湿区域路面施工需要。
