The invention belongs to the technical field of road engineering, and relates to a stress absorbing layer, in particular to a rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer and a preparation method thereof, and the rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer comprises a first waterproof bonding layer, waste tire rubber powder, a second waterproof bonding layer and single-particle-size broken stones which are laid on a semi-rigid base layer or an asphalt surface layer from bottom to top. According to the process disclosed by the invention, the construction workability of asphalt is not changed when the content of the rubber powder of the waste tire is increased; while the spraying amount of the asphalt cement is increased, the risk of oil flooding during construction of the hot-mixed asphalt mixture is avoided; meanwhile, the process is simple in construction, high in cost performance, high in reflection crack resistance and good in durability. A new thought for effectively restraining light, medium and heavy reflection cracks is provided for new construction, reconstruction and extension and maintenance engineering of a large number of semi-rigid base asphalt pavements in China.
本发明属于道路工程技术领域,涉及一种应力吸收层,尤其涉及一种橡胶沥青应力吸收层及其制备方法,该橡胶沥青应力吸收层包括自下而上在半刚性基层或沥青面层上铺设第一防水粘结层、废轮胎胶粉、第二防水粘结层、单一粒径碎石。本发明的工艺在提高废轮胎胶粉含量时,不改变沥青的施工和易性;在增大沥青胶结料喷洒量的同时,又不会出现热拌沥青混合料施工泛油的风险;同时,该工艺施工简单、性价比高、抗反射裂缝能力强、耐久性好。为我国大量半刚性基层沥青路面的新建、改扩建及养护维修工程提供一种有效遏制轻度、中度及重度反射裂缝的新思路。
