The invention provides a bridge pier column modular propeller lifting spraying system which comprises a spraying frame, the spraying frame is arranged on the periphery of a pier column and is the same as the section of the pier column in shape, and the size of the spraying frame is larger than that of the section of the pier column; the spraying frame is formed by sequentially splicing and enclosing a plurality of truss modules, each truss module is provided with a spraying pipe, the spraying pipes are arranged around the pier column, each spraying pipe is provided with a plurality of spraying heads at intervals, the spraying heads face the side of the pier column, all the spraying pipes are sequentially connected in series, and therefore a closed-loop pipe surrounding the pier column is formed on the spraying frame and connected with a water supply pipe. The water supply pipe is connected with a ground water supply source through a water supply pump; a plurality of propeller rotors are arranged on the spraying frame in the circumferential direction; a flying balance structure is arranged on the spraying frame, the flying balance structure comprises two rows of roller mechanisms arranged on the front side and the rear side of the spraying frame, and the two rows of roller mechanisms are matched to always clamp and abut against the pier column and can roll up and down along the pier column. The maintenance difficulty of the bridge pier column concrete can be reduced, and the maintenance quality is improved.
本发明提出了一种桥梁墩柱模块化螺旋桨升降喷淋系统，包括喷淋架，喷淋架设置于墩柱外围且与墩柱截面形状相同，喷淋架的尺寸大于墩柱的截面尺寸；喷淋架由多段桁架模块依次拼接围成，每段桁架模块上均设有喷淋管，喷淋管绕墩柱设置，每段喷淋管上间隔设有若干喷淋头，喷淋头朝向墩柱一侧，所有喷淋管依次串接，从而在喷淋架上形成围绕墩柱的闭环管，闭环管上连接有供水管，供水管通过供水泵与地面供水源相连；喷淋架沿周向设有若干螺旋桨旋翼；喷淋架上设有飞行平衡结构，飞行平衡结构包括设于喷淋架前后侧的两排滚轮机构，两排滚轮机构配合始终能夹持抵接在墩柱上，且能沿墩柱上下滚动。本发明能降低桥梁墩柱混凝土的养护难度，提高养护质量。
