Large seabed data center foundation
A large-scale seabed data center foundation is a foundation device which can be folded, can be automatically unfolded during installation, is arranged on the seabed and is used for bearing underwater equipment. The device comprises a pile leg, a pile leg rod, a connecting rod, an anti-sinking plate connecting rod, a rotating rod, a closing plate, an inner section rod, a middle section rod, an outer section rod, an inner sliding ring, an outer sliding ring, an anti-sinking plate and a locking ring. The pile leg, the pile leg rod, the connecting rod, the anti-sinking plate connecting rod, the rotating rod and the closing plate are sequentially hinged, and the pile leg, the inner sliding ring and the outer sliding ring are concentrically assembled. During underwater installation, relative movement of the pile leg, the inner sliding ring and the outer sliding ring drives the anti-sinking plate connecting rod, the pile leg rod and the connecting rod to move, the anti-sinking plate is unfolded, and when the pile leg is inserted into a preset position of a seabed, the anti-sinking plate is completely unfolded to complete installation. The device is small in occupied space during transportation, the installation process is simple, and the installation cost can be reduced.
一种大型海底数据中心基础,是一种可折叠并在安装时自主展开,布置于海底用于承载水下装备的基础装置。其包括桩腿、桩腿杆、连杆、防沉板连杆、转杆、合板、内段杆、中段杆、外段杆、内滑环、外滑环、防沉板、锁环。桩腿、桩腿杆、连杆、防沉板连杆、转杆、合板依次铰接相连,桩腿、内滑环、外滑环同心装配。水下安装时桩腿、内滑环、外滑环的相对移动带动防沉板连杆、桩腿杆、连杆运动,将防沉板展开,在桩腿插入海床预定位置时防沉板完全展开完成安装。本发明装置在运输时占用空间较小,安装过程简单,有助于降低安装成本。
