Comprising a rock-soil stratum pile foundation limit side frictional resistance tester, a compressed gas supply device and a tension lifting device, a pillow-shaped air bag is arranged in the rock-soil stratum pile foundation limit side frictional resistance tester, the upper end of the pillow-shaped air bag is connected with a tension rope, and a pile foundation limit side frictional resistance testing module group inlaying matrix is arranged on the periphery of the pillow-shaped air bag; a limit side frictional resistance measuring module group piece of which the surface is provided with a soil pressure sensor in advance is embedded in the limit side frictional resistance measuring module group piece; an air outlet of the compressed air supply device is provided with a pillow-shaped air bag air pressure control device connected with the pillow-shaped air bag, and the pillow-shaped air bag air pressure control device is provided with a pillow-shaped air bag air pressure measuring instrument; the other end of the tension rope connected with the pillow-shaped air bag is wound on a tension lifting device; and the side surface of the tension lifting device is connected with a pressure and pulling force output tester. The device is simple and easy to operate, scientific in measuring principle, wide in application range, capable of simulating the actual pile foundation geologic environment and free in selection.
