The invention discloses a quick-open type impounding device based on a pipeline hydraulic dredging method and a using method of the quick-open type impounding device. The quick-open type impounding device comprises a water retaining assembly composed of a side baffle, a fixed water retaining plate, a guide plate, a sliding rod, a movable water retaining plate and a telescopic mechanism. The side baffles comprise two vertical plates which are symmetrically arranged, the fixed guide plate is vertically arranged between the two side baffles, and the two side walls of the fixed guide plate are connected with the two side baffles in a sealed mode. Longitudinal sliding grooves are formed in the side walls of the side baffles, the guide plates are strip-shaped plate bodies matched with the longitudinal sliding grooves, and the guide plates are assembled in the longitudinal sliding grooves in a sliding mode. Transverse sliding grooves distributed at intervals are formed in the outer side wall of the guide plate. One end of the sliding rod is connected into the transverse sliding groove in a sliding mode, the other end of the sliding rod is rotationally connected with the movable water baffle, and the telescopic mechanism is arranged above the water baffle assembly and connected with the guide plate. According to the retaining device, water in an upstream pipeline can be accumulated in the inspection well, and sludge in the pipeline is removed through instantly released impact force.
本发明公开一种基于管道水力清淤法的快开式拦蓄装置及其使用方法。所述快开式拦蓄装置包括侧挡板、固定挡水板、导向板、滑杆、活动挡水板和伸缩机构构成的挡水组件。所述侧挡板包括两块对称设置的竖向板,固定导向板竖向设置在两块侧挡板之间,且固定导向板的两侧壁分别两块侧挡板密封连接。侧挡板侧壁上具有纵向滑槽,导向板为与纵向滑槽匹配的条状板体,导向板滑动装配在纵向滑槽中。导向板的外侧壁上开设有间隔分布的横向滑槽。滑杆一端滑动连接在该横向滑槽中,滑杆的另一端与活动挡水板转动连接,伸缩机构设置在挡水组件的上方且与导向板连接。本发明的拦蓄装置能够将上游管道内的水积蓄在检查井内,通过瞬间释放的冲击力清除管道内的淤泥。
