The invention discloses an easy-to-assemble high-rise building steel structure which comprises symmetrically arranged base assemblies, a cross beam frame is arranged on the two base assemblies, each base assembly comprises an upper supporting beam, the two ends of each upper supporting beam are rotationally connected with one end of a supporting column, the supporting columns play a supporting role on the upper supporting beams, and the upper supporting beams and the supporting columns are rotationally connected; more space is saved in the transportation process, transportation is easy, additional connection is not needed during field assembly, direct use can be achieved, and assembly operation is simplified; the upper supporting beam, the supporting column and the lower supporting beam jointly form a frame structure to stably support the cross beam frame, the lower supporting beam is composed of two sub-beam columns, connecting plates are fixedly connected to the ends of the sub-beam columns, the two connecting plates are fixedly connected through bolts, the two connecting plates can be separated by screwing the bolts, and therefore the two sub-beam columns are separated. Due to the arrangement of the two sub-beam columns, the lower supporting beam is more flexible in spatial placement and easy to transport.
